Cancellation

If we cancel the festival, you can request a refund directly on the website. Only the Billetweb service fees will be withheld.

If you cancel on your side and did not take out the cancellation insurance offered by Billetweb at the time of purchase, no refund can be made by Rock’Caliente. However, you may resell or transfer your spot to a third party of the same role and level, so the planned balance is maintained. Contact us to report the name change.
